What is Color-Sublimation?

Color-sublimated plates are NOT engraved, meaning there is no texture on the plate after the text/design is transferred. Instead, the plate undergoes a different process. Designs are heated into metal at a high temperature, causing the ink to turn into a gas and bind to the metal. Colors-sublimation allows the use of colors. This makes them perfect for colorful logos or fun text!
