How It Works

First things first: have your league roster and league logo ready to upload before you start customizing! If you are ordering Coaches/Sponsorship Plaques, keep that list handy; you’ll upload it later. Select a category to get started. Options will populate as you navigate through each section. We recommend working your through one section at a time. It’s really as simple as that!

No stress, you’re in good hands! A Trophy Artist will be assigned to your project to completely design a cohesive collection of awards, unique to your league only. We believe continuity speaks volumes and elevates even the humblest award. Once your order is placed, we’ll handle the rest so you can focus on your other volunteer responsibilities. If we have any questions regarding your selections, we’ll promptly reach out for guidance.

Uploading Artwork

Our favorite part: branding! Upload a good-quality version of your league logo in a .png, .pdf, or vector-equivalent file in the same section as your roster. Can’t get your hands on those file types? A .jpg works too, but make sure it’s clean and the biggest size you can find! We’ll reach out if we have any issues with it.
